Amazing Toy Store for all the collectors!!! Almost all the hot brand and IPS can be found in this store, hello kitty, one piece, sponge bob... Staff there are so nice and friendly, they will help you with guessing the one you want, sometime they even let you weigh the box by scale!! You can leave your product in the store for exchange and you can bid the one you really want too! It is not only a toy store, it is the funniest and greatest community for all the toy collectors!

Had an issue with the vending machine at Metrotown. I called the Richmond location since the Metrotown location was not answering the phone. Jerry and his coworker (in charge of media) helped me with my problem immediately. Great customer service from the Richmond Team and thanks to Jerry for being so helpful.

Really cute variety of blind box toys perfect for collectors, including Hello Kitty, One Piece, B.Duck, Mickey Mouse. I go in here everytime I go to Richmond Center to see what new items they have in stock. The good stuff sells out fast! The staff there are friendly and courteous.

I love places like these, super cute figures/collectables. I love that aspect of the gacha system they have, the only downside thing thats preventing me from frequenting this place or similar places like this is that the prices are quite expensive, the fact that its similar in other places would beg to argue with the statement but it still raises the question of is the price actually worth it?I say with a healthy amount of spending yes, unless youre well off then by all means, still, love this store.

I love blind boxes so this place is great! I got the One Piece Dissectible blind boxes here and they turned out to be the characters I wanted!
