It takes the team a DAY (or less) to do what other shops would take a week to complete. On top of that, their rates are comparable to other shops in the surrounding area. I think it’s fairly obvious why I don’t bother with anyone else at this point.

Yard & shop staff easy to deal with.If you're picking up or delivering with more than an 18 Wheeler, best bet is to head west on 106 Ave and turn north at 176 St. Then just back into the wazax yard.

The parts department is becoming extremely difficult to deal with. Multiple times I have called in to try and place an order. It goes 3 ways. 1 no answer 2 leave a massage 3 talk to someone, they say they'll look into... No call back. So you drive there, order the part and have to wait for the part. They say they'll call you when it gets in should be an hour. 3 hours later try calling, no answer. Drive there and they have the part. Starting to dislike my Hitachis

They open the shop early for me when one of my machines broke down and I needed to get it fixed ASAP! Because they didn’t have any appointments available, they had one of their staff open early to fit me in… now THAT’S customer service!

The WORST customer service in history. don't even give this location your time, they misdiagnosed the problem on our forklift, didnt even replace the fuses they burnt and charged us a 500.00 bill plus a quote of 3000.00 to 6000.00 to fix the problem" it was not even the right part. they will not return ANY mesages or calls not even the manager who we have left messages for twice. this has been a month of us trying to get a hold of them. Nicole will not be bothered to solve your problems. take your business some where that cares so you wont be dissapointed!"

I don’t think there’s a single equipment malfunction that the Wajax crew can’t fix. Not only that, but they have the quickest turnaround out of all the companies I’ve tried. Most reliable people around, no doubt about it.

They never BS you – if they don’t have an answer to your question, they won’t pretend like they do and if they can’t get a part for you they’ll tell you straight up and even recommend where you can go (that’s only happened to me once). Because they’re so honest and straightforward they’ve more than won my loyalty and I’ll keep coming back as long as I’m in business.
