I concur with all the other 5.0* reviews. Socrates was indispensable in the process of selling my condo and in getting a top price.There were 3 larger condos selling in the building at the same time. However, he furnished and highlighted our large balcony to be an extension of the living space - it looked so inviting in the photos. After his staging / sprucing up / cleaning the condo, we beat the competition and got the highest price!Socrates has a diverse team who can supply different services to ready the property for sale and we really appreciated the help in so many areas - replace flooring and vanity, major uncluttering and cleaning, and finally staging.Socrates negotiated to increase the top price we were offered. The best realtors out there by far. They are great people to work with and are professional and amazing at their job. Within less than a week my condo was staged, photographed and listed and in one day it sold! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I will for sure use them again in the future!
