Got mine and my son's passport photos taken here. The staff was awesome and very quick with his camera work, as toddlers can't sit still for very long. 10/10 recommend.

It’s not really in my nature to write reviews (good or bad), but I can’t seem to get over this incredibly negative experience. A little over a year ago I bought an expensive camera from Henry’s Kanata with the whole shebang (extra chargers, SD cards, camera stand, AND, the Henry’s warranty). This obviously cost quite a bit (in the $1000’s).A year later, the camera seemed to have a couple of minor problems, I was grateful I had the warranty. When I went to the store, they examined the camera and agreed on the problems I had brought forward, said the warranty would take care of everything and then they sent it for repair. I then received an email asking me to pay for more than what I originally paid for to get the camera fixed. Henry’s refused to use my warranty, and the problems that were now mentioned on the repair bill were not things that were present when I sent the camera for repair (again, this was all verified by the store associate when I first went to the store with the camera). When I asked for them to return the camera, it was delayed for months… the excuse Henry’s had for the refused warranty and delay was that they work with a third party which makes the decisions… even though the warranty is paid to Henry’s not the third party.They then sent me a $50 gift card, which is laughable compared to the thousands I lost. The camera was eventually returned (with additional damages). Conclusion: it’s a scam, don’t get the insurance, and try to buy your equipment from ANY other store if you can (everyone’s nice until there is a problem).

Unless you know what you doing, for me customer service is thumbs down. I printed a 24X24, including a message, as I'm new at this before printing please confirm if the uploaded picture is perfect before print. Christmas 2023 family picture present gone wrong. I followed-up with an email to Henry's and no one responded to my email and now it is May 2023.*Update, Henry's customer contacted me to rectified the issues. I change from 1* to 4*

Terrible customer service… I recommend buying either from the the Henry’s downtown or from Vistek or online. They price-matched an item, which they had to order in because they didn’t have it in stock, and I had to pick it up a couple of days later, but they wouldn’t honour it. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of equipment from them. I will take my business somewhere I can count on them to honour something they have on paper.

Everyone at this location is very friendly and knowledgeable. Jordan was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and even showing me how to set up my equipment. When I had problems and had to go back he made me feel comfortable and assured me we would figure it out together. I left with confidence and new knowledge about the product I purchased. Friendly and helpful. Came in looking for a higher quality lens than the kit lens I was currently using but in sure of exactly what would work best for me. The staff was very willing to walk through some different options that would work with the subject matter that I like to shoot. I didn't for a second feel like I was being upsold or mislead. Extremely happy with the lens and the service.

Tried to have film processed here. Had to wait 3 months with many calls to the store to figure out what was going on (they misplaced it, apparently), only for them to tell me they don't process black and white film. It seems the lab attempted to process the BW film in color, which has compromised the entire roll (72 shots from our honeymoon). Thanks Henry's.. if you need film processed, DO NOT GO HERE

Best service I've ever gotten anywhere... EVER! Jordan helped me pull off the impossible and is an absolute subject matter expert! Blair was also extremely kind and helpful! Never felt such care and investment at a store - thank you :) They will have my business forevermore!
