Bad quality and bad service .The lady lied to us the flowers are going to stay alive for the whole day on my wedding ,but obviously they didnt. She didn't admit the fault and not willing to compensate us anything. Also the bouquet was done so badly, absolutely no sense of art. Don't do business with them.

Bought plants with them. Still alive perfectly. The people over there offers a lot of suggestions and tips. They will tell you plants shouldn't been changed pot right after you bought it and a lot of different plant habit as well. Nice, and will go for more plants and bamboos.

I never purchased from them but last Sunday when i went to inquire about their bridal bouquet pricing. The service and attitude I received made me not wanting to order with them. Their pricing is inexpensive, but from the pictures on their company monitor , shows just simple and basic buttonneires , not very artistic. I wouldn’t recommend this place if ur looking for a bouquet that wows ur guests. Back to the service, the lady who sits in the office by the monitor has some attitude and just wants to brush me off and basically told me to go home to think about what i want. I asked what rose colours they will likely get for late May and she said only two weeks before the date she can confirm. No one is willing to bank on that to plan for a wedding. I need the bouquet to match the corsages and needed a few dozens of roses for wedding decorations. Overall it was a bad experience and I would not return. I would’ve give a one star if it werent for the lady in the round glasses. She was nice and she gave me abit more explanations and info.

Came here with the review of others. Definitely as described. Helpful, professional, more modern than the regular ones. A dozen roses for $50. Good spot to buy some flowers for your loved ones!

My boyfriend bought some roses from Cindy and Ophilia, they're extremely kind people who always guarantee fresh bouquets for different occasions.I know for a fact that roses and flowers don't last very long in vases, but mine lasted over 3 weeks and continued to smell amazing!

Bad service , bad attitude, the lady doesn't want to be responsible for her mistake and keeps finding excuses. We ordered corsages and boutonnière for our wedding. Flowers couldn't hold fresh even for a few hours n started to die. The lady said because we dropped it. It was not possible to drop when its packed in a box. Don't buy bad quality flowers from them.

I do all birthdays, anniversaries, special events with these guys, order ahead of time- quality and value have been great for years.

I bought a flower arrangement for $160 and asked for refund on the same day, because the event had been cancelled. And charge a $40. Handling fee for (25%)I will not go back because this was a big ripoff . They had not done anything because I asked for deliver 2 days after.
