I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Anil Soni and his stunning assistant Stacey! He knows what’s best for you, they’re both so knowledgeable, communicative and understanding. I personally did crazy amount of research to find the best cosmetic Dr. In lower mainland and he does phenomenal job based on your own natural attributes I love the results! Highly recommend!!

My first visit, I was so impressed and very happy with the results. They lasted longer than I expected too. I booked my follow up and unfortunately fell quite ill that I had to reschedule several times. I must have missed the notice period at one point. I was finally able to go in for my appointment and they didn’t bring it up. There was some whispering behind the counter and no receipt given. When I got home I realized they had charged for a missed appointment. I understand there’s a policy, but it is unprofessional and underhanded not to tell a client what they had to charge for. Now I know what the whispering was about and it’s upsetting to know they were talking about me behind my back.Further, my treatment barely lasted 2 months vs the 6 before. I developed a weird vertical wrinkle in one of my eyelids for those two months and my “11’s” weren’t treated at all like they had been previously. Comparatively it was a very poor treatment.While they offer follow up, I didn’t feel comfortable going back at all after this experience. It felt almost retaliatory or being given lesser quality of service for something that had been completely out of my control. I would have been a loyal long time client, utilizing expanded services, but after this, my trust is completely broken and I will never return and take that chance with my health.I hope the business can take a lesson how important it is to have appropriate communication with your clients and not be passive aggressive like this.
