Everyone in this store is a treat, except the girl with the colorful hair who's grandmother works here. She doesn't say anything when you're at the till, doesmt tell you your total, doesnt great you. No personality, horrible customer service. Yes she can talk, I've heard her talk to her grandmother. I'd rate ya 4 stars if it wasn't for her.

This is the location I frequent most often. I rarely go inside due to using my speedpass dongle or speedpass+ app to pay for gas. But, each time I have been inside, the staff has been pleasant and helpful.

So I went into the esso on northfield in nanaimo to get some change for the vacuum and this young man was hunched over the counter propping his head up staring down at his phone, as he noticed me he slid his phone over and stared blankly at me. I asked if they deal with that vacuum services to which he replied no to, so I asked if they did cash back and he replied no again. I went and used the atm and I was away for not more than 2 minutes and as I pass back around he’s hunched over the counter again, and so I asked if he could provide changed and he replied bluntly no again and looked right back at his phone. All I can say is I won’t be going there again seeing as they don’t seem to give a sh*t about their customers. Aug 20 5pm

Buyer beware had my card details compromised after tapping at this location last night. CIBC caught it right away but they tried about 2500.00 in purchases. The donuts are amazing though

Convenient gas station. Coffee was really bad but did wake me up. When using the cream, see how cold the ice packs are, when I went they must have been sitting out since the morning and were warm. I used the international delight instead since it doesn't have to be refrigerated. Coffee still tasted bad.

Its actually becoming a petro canada. The pumps are kinda wonky and wouldn't accept my petro card or credit card. No biggie I just went in and pre paid. But also I noticed the pumps are a little slow too takes a while to pump your fuel.

This is what you should expect at rush hour ...... Back in 5 minutes how long is 5 Esso minutes well it is 15 real world minutes

Since its transition from an Esso station to a Petro Canada, its the same friendly staff, clean, big, car wash and RV wash stalls on premises. Vacuum available. All for a cost. Donuts in the morning are fresh & tasty with fresh coffee.

No service and not a good layout. Missing price tags all over the place. Will not be coming back

Gas prices are more expensive than most stations in the area. Car wash is quite costly. Premises are good. Service is acceptable
