I had three companies provide quotes for my townhouse stair railings. One didn't even bother attending my residence. Guy from Precision Stairs came over and took his time, made excellent suggestions and quickly gained my confidence. He obviously knows what he is doing. Ken the installer (who has over 30 years experience) was friendly and professional. He took his time, was methodical and sought my input for finishing touches.
