Despite the Scarborough lennox part plus branch, the Brampton branch have very friendly staff, I wish they located in Toronto.

Slowest customer service. If you can’t spare an extra 20-30 minutes to wait on hold then drive to another location in the GTA. Even if you order ahead of time and let them know your eta.

They need more staff at the counter.You could be waiting for more than 40 minutes here.There's only one person at the counter and 10 people waiting in line.One person looking after customers and answering the phone.If you value your time. Don't come here.
