Lakeview Library
This is our go to library. So quiet and the kids section is clean and well maintained. Kids have many activities to enjoy. A very hudge collection of books to read for both parents and children. This library have so many programs that run thru entire year. Like reading program, drop ins, family literacy and even the read with me (to enhace the reading ability of a child) just go their web site or to the library to get all the information. If you are not sure what program best for your kids asked them and they will gladly answer them all.

Wanted to donate books to the library most in pristine condition. My daughter went in to ask the women working there they said no problem. We lugged a big box in and they went thru the box say they cannot take any as they have to be new" books? Um ever heard of a book store?? Many of their books are very outdated that they have AND sell. Terrible."

I really like my neighborhood library. It is always great to visit. The design of the building is unique, spacious and bright. The librarians are helpful and friendly. It is located next to a park with a few parking spots. It is pleasant to find a seat next to a big window and find your book/magazine to read.

I like Lakeview except I wish they'd enforce noise regulations (or do libraries still have these?). Often people are in there loudly speaking on their smartphones. Every so often, there's people in there yapping at excessively noisey levels and if you've tried to relax or do any work here, you know its far too intimate a library for that.

I love this buildings design for some reason. it has a simplified look to it.It's a nice a clean , not to big and not so small library. Has a pretty good selection ( of course you can always order in from other branches as well if needed)But over all it's a very nice local branch. People are very friendly and try to help as well.

A true gem of the Lakeview Village community. Fantastic place to study. This library has been the witness of my journey through my undergrad degree in Psychology. The space is bright and arrangement of the furniture is very nice. I can enjoy studying in the Quite Space" cubes which are paint in vivacious green or in one of the alleys surrounded by books. If you are a pragmatic student looking for a place to focus and study

Oh this is such a nice library! Very cool inside, nice escape from the summer heat. Only downside is that there doesn't seem to be a lot of plugs to charge laptops. (and it's far away from any lunch places)

They had the books I needed and I was happy. I did not realize how close this library is to my home; also loved that there is lots of open space and a park nearby.
