Kanata Dental Center

Unprofessional office. Lack of communication. I had to ask to see the dentist after 2 years of going there. They told me that was the assistant responsibility to let the dentist know I was supposed to see him. When the day of seeing the dentist came there was no dentist available at the day. Finally found another dentist and they are requesting my records and they are not releasing the records to new dentist. Extremely disappointed. Don’t waste your time or energy going there.

Bad experience1st and 2nd time visiting , they are lack of communication. I do not recommend to anyone. I have to look for another professional dentist else where.

I can confirm they will perform unnecessary work that has left me with a $900 bill, which through their administrative incompetence will not be covered by insurance. My Dad recently went to Dr. Zullfar Moledina for a tooth ache. He said that my filling had moved and that was causing the pain, so he replaced the filling with a crown and prescribed antibiotics for 10 days for $1300. After the 10 days, my Dad was still experiencing pain. Upon doing xrays the doctor saw that the nerve had deteriorated. Then prescribed another 10 days of antibiotics, with no other solution and another 100$ bill.My dad originally wanted to take out the tooth for only 300$, The doctor suggested to get a crown for 1300$. Now, the crown doesn't work!The service is terrible and this clinic is a cash grab. And they don't make us feel like there are any solutions.Update**********My dad went to Anata Dental Clinic and they performed a root canal through the crown that Kanata Cental Center had originally put in. The new dentist said that the antibiotics wouldn't have fixed the issue.This cost another 1400$. After almost 3000$ we've solved the problem.

I was a early walk in before the doctor was there. I was in so much pain for the second day now and had to get something done. When I got inside I was welcomed with the best help anyone could ever get They called the doctor and she said she would take me as soon as she was in. She did a wonderful job made me feel very comfortable. As well I have never seen such a clean doctor’s office before in my 45 years.

Excellent service. My father in law went in for dental cleaning and he was very happy with the quality of service. Unfortunately I didn't ask for her name. Dr Moledina is very friendly,approachable and accommodating. He takes the time to answer all questions and has a very pleasant attitude. I love going to this place.

The negative impressions in the reviews of this dental clinic very well reflect the experiences of my sister. Throughout her filling, they have expressed uncomfortable remarks, such as how “her teeth have gotten so bad that they would put them in an ad.” This was a punch to the fact that her filling was done horribly, setting her tooth in throbbing pain many months after going through the paid procedure outside of the insurance plan that she was pushed by a dentist to go through from the last check up.What matters is the result of course, and again, it was painful and it had ruined the nerves of her teeth. A slight jaw movement that makes her cheek swipe across the tooth causes immeasurable agony.Based on what other people have been saying, we are retracting our idea on doing a follow-up with this place, and are going to another dentist from now on. Best of all luck to those trying to sue. Prayers out to those who seem to have gone through even poorer experiences with this establishment as written in these 1-star reviews.

Absolutely extortionate... I've been going here since I was 10 years old... never had to pay a cent walking out cuz of insurance. Yet this time for less work than I've had done in the past, I am charged without being told prior to sitting in the chair because they changed their policy"..? IF I HAD KNOWN I HAD TO PAY FOR LESS WORK

I went here 4 times for a root canal and ended up losing my tooth! I am currently in the process of a lawsuit against him as I have found many of his customers have gonna threw the same thing and have 3 witnesses that are gonna testify against him. I also filed a complaint to the Ontario health board about him his license should be terminated as soon as possible and I will do everything in my power to make sure it does.

Dr. Moledina is an amazing dentist/person and has a great team. I have been coming here from Gatineau for over 2 years due to the great experiences so far after I heard good things from a friend. I am always reminded of my appointments by text message, very kind and compassionate staff (fit me in for an emergency repair on something done by my previous dentist last year even though they were booking appts 2 months later), easy to book future appointments, have never waited more than 5 minutes in the lounge that has high speed wifi, clean facility, knowledgeable+kind and very professional staff. Well equipped and they really know what they are doing!
