Trevor Gordon and Ryan D'Souza from HomeEquity Bank helped my dad get his HELOC closed at his local Credit Union and into a reverse mortgage. They were very friendly, professional, and made the whole process very easy & straight forward. They remained in contact the entire time from start to finish and answered every question that came up from my dad, my brother-in-law (dad's power of attorney and executor), and myself (backup POA and executor).I would recommend them to any senior looking to stay in their home while enjoying a return on the equity.

Needing a mortgage is always a stressful experience . I did research and decided to try CHIP ; and from the beginning to the end of the application, I had a very good experience .My mortgage broker - Abigail Krogman - was extremely helpful , clear , and professional. I had a good experience. Everything went better than I expected. I think the daily interest accumulation on balance is an overreach to so many. So it appears as a grab which is troubling to I presume many. I understand the cost of borrowing.
