Staff was unfriendly and rude when I was having an issue regarding a parking pass. The appartments are okay at best - The appartment building does not have A/C & the building gets VERY hot (and loud). The buildings security is also lacking/outdated. Changes in management, leadership, and building and resident relations/communication are needed. 1/5

Seen someone else's review and I agree there are absolutely cockroaches in this apartment. It is infested.

Cockroaches, water out every few weeks for maintenance, bad management etc.

Outdated, tons of bugs, super loud, slowest elevator I have ever been on. I live on the 22nd floor at home and it makes it from ground to 22 faster than this elevator from 1-5. Parking regulations are ridiculous and there's only 4 visitor parking which means there's never 1 single visitor spot available. My guests have to either risk getting towed or park on the street and risk a ticket. Horrible management that is either undertrained or incompetent. Everything is loud and creaky, every outlet, door frame ect is painted over so makes noise and looks bad. The only positive is that the rooms are spacious.

always have staff onsite and maintenance requests are fulfilled as soon as possible, after coming from a previous apartment where I had a terrible experience this building has really made me feel safe and heard by the staff. despite the minor construction here and there, there are always notices posted well in advance, it’s very clean, and I hope to stay for more years to come!

As someone who moved in here in September... and will be moving out February 1st... DO NOT LIVE HERE. There are literally COCKROACHES everywhere! Especially the kitchen, but I found one crawling on the ceiling of my bedroom aswell. This place is disgusting. Do not live here!
