Was great had a lot of options of hockey skates as well as a good selection of figure skates they looked basically new. The place had a lot of ski equipment as well. Great staff and overall great experience 10/10 !

Not only that, they will assist you with the small things that you will appreciate like helping you adjust or loose your laces, teach you the hows, dos and donts. Went into this store yesterday for the first time to get my daughter a pair of skates and helmet, they were quite busy but I was helped right away and was in and out within 15 minutes with sharpened skates and a helmet. Great bunch of people working there, positive experience for us both. thank you :)

Dave was amazing. I can't recommend him highly enough. I went in last night for a full set of gear, after signing up for a hockey league for the first time in over 20 years. Dave guided me through every piece of equipment (A lot of the equipment technologies have changed!), had helpful advice for every step of the way, and saved me a ton of cash along the way. I actually came out under budget thanks to him, and with better gear than I would've selected myself.He was patient and super knowledgeable about the sport, local leagues, and even taped my stick for me, even though I was eating so much of his time, he was there well after his work day ended. I'm only shopping at this location from now on, and it's 100% of Dave's honesty, patience and knowledge. I've already passed on my experiences to other friends in the hockey league I just joined, and the two ball hockey leagues I've played in for the past 4-5 years.Thanks again, Dave! You clearly love hockey, and your knowledge was invaluable!

Staff are very nice, found the perfect skates for $90. I’ve even recommended some of my friends to go here, and they also bought skates here. I have had 6 of my friends get their skates from here. It’s conveniently very close to queensway rink. Weather you want new or used skates, I recommend buying from here. Ive heard that you can get used skates for $20-$50.

My family and I dropped of skates for sharpening shortly after Christmas. It was so busy in the store that we decided to leave the skates and come back to pick them up later. When we returned, we only received two out of three pairs of skates. One pair was mistakenly misplaced. The staff were extremely apologetic and offered a brand new pair of skates as compensation! My son couldn't have been happier with the replacement pair. We were extremely satisfied and understood that mistakes happen, especially how busy they were that day.Thank you to the staff and management for their amazing customer service. We have gone there for years and will continue to do so!

Been going here for well over a dozen years. I have always been given a fair price on trade ins. I have outfitted both of my children with hockey and skiing equipment and saved my self thousands $ over those years. Thank you play it again.

Not really impressed by the stock. There were plenty of skates and hockey equipment, snow boots and skiing boots, but winter is over. Low stock of rollerblades, running shoes, what would be higher in demand for spring-summer. I think marketplace and Kijiji is killing the store.

Had such a positive experience today at Queensway Play it Again Sports that I just had to write a review!Had a pair of skates that was not sharpened properly by another Play it Again Sports location. Brought them to Queensway and the sharpener confirmed my suspicions and promptly resharpened them at no cost, although he was not obliged to. This is the type of service and general positive behavior that creates loyal customers. Will do everything to support this small local business in the future.
