Went threw a career change and just started with Bulldog Energy as a water truck operator. I was a little nervous walking threw the door just because of the way I was treated at my old job doing the same thing but man am I ever glad I found this company. Great people. Always friendly with a smile ready to greet a person. My field supervisor is amazing and honestly could not have asked for a better boss. Newer trucks to drive and all the same fleet (Western Star). I hope to stay with Bulldog for many years to come. They are a pretty amazing company.

This company has treated me and my family well in the past. Pay was always fair, they never shortchanged me which is something to watch out for when working at competing outfits. I would go back if the opportunity presented itself.

Have been working here for 2+years of my 5 years in the 'patch. Best things? Flexible scheduling, straight up general and ops management, weekly pay.Worst things? Well that's all what you make of it...yer working trucks in the patch fer Fak sakes.

They are the worst company on the planet when it comes to experience and work ethic. The owner himself likes to brag about how great it is to hire on people that have no experience in the oilfield so you can train them their way but he doesn’t even show them how to put a steering chain on. The guys they sent out to location can’t even back up a truck without running into something. When they do try and back the truck up they get stuck and then they ask other truckers on location how to drive in the mud. The drivers are lazy and slow. If something mechanical breaks on the truck they have no clue what to do and they rely on the rig hands to fix their equipment. It just shows that the only reason they have these people working for them is because no good driver would every work for them. If you don’t mind paying for a Vac truck that required a righand as a swamper all the time, bring these guys out. The owner must be a hell of a salesman to be able to get this useless operation in the oilfield. They don’t even deserve a star but you have you have to give them 1 to post.....just like kindergarten.....star for effort.

Hey everyone, I am not employed with this team, but I will say this ... they have reached out to me after applying to them months ago, and consistently ask how I am and if I am happy working where I am... that speaks volumes. I know that when I feel unappreciated where I am currently working I will call these ppl up.I havnt left my current job as I am not one to burn bridges. I like being a vac operator and nothing else but that. Cleaning tanks isnt something I enjoy.Without being there, I like what i hear. I will be applying there when I change companies.
