Paid installation and 2 months of internet with Infinity 30 and never got more than 10mbps download speed, I contacted them and they didn't try anything to fix that

I booked an installation 2 months in advance an when the day came we had very bad weather so they dint come, understandable. Then they told me next morning they would come, but did not! My wife works from home, it was crucial that it was installed this week, but they said the tech took off so now that 2 days my wife is missing work because of this incompetent technician, they are looking,ing to establish them self in this region, so I thought to help the small business but after this I will not recommend to anyone this company.

Wow I'm so impressed with my network speed I have now I watch Netflix and no lag it's amazing my daughter can play on her tablet on Disney and I don't get the loading screen forget those company's who said this is the best we can do go netsolid they do there best at making sure you get the internet speed you pay for great service
