Victor was very attentive and helpful, providing detailed information and guiding us through the whole process, besides being present at every step of the way. Adrian too, helped us a lot during the negotiations and helped us take an informed decision. Thanks!(We think some things could have been better in terms of the description of the property on a major advertising website from a non-broker view (no description concerning the property other than a promotional standardized text) and the description on the agency website contained inaccurate statements - changes to the description were not completely adjusted as requested.)
