HORRENDOUS customer service. Absolutely disgusted with the behaviour of Alanah, the senior clerk". She blatantly mistreats customers and acts as if there is no recourse for her behaviour. Will be pursuing my complaints to the highest possible level of escalation."

Unable to call and pay must show up in person but they do not stay open for long enough to get there if you have a job pay your taxes and in turn pay their wage so they can go home early. Another joke in our system
