Olive Fertility Centre Kelowna (formerly Kelowna Regional Fertility Center Inc)

Unfortunately our journey with Kelowna Regional Fertility Centre has been long and tedious. Not for a lack of trying from our end or the centers. The staff has worked along side my husband and I since 2011. I got to know all the ladies at the clinic pretty well and I always felt like they had my best interest at heart. Dr.Weis has been supportive and informative through our whole journey. She was always kind and soft spoken. She always made us feel at ease. Each one of those ladies had a hand in helping us in our fertility journey; and now we have a beautiful rainbow miracle baby girl. We look forward to working with KRFC this coming spring for baby #2.

Great staff, we had a great experience! They were all very supportive.My emails were always replied to within 24 hours and the nurse line got back to me quickly as well if I had any questions.Dr. Wise and her team were exceptional. I don’t know what I’d do without this clinic.Highly recommend.

Highly recommend seeing this clinic and Dr. Wise if you are experiencing fertility challenges. The staff are phenomenal because they are always available for any questions throughout IUI or IVF procedures. They're all very knowledgeable and the info you get from them is the same throughout the clinic. You never feel like you need to speak to one specific nurse as they seem to all have the same knowledge and involvement with your case. We tried 3 failed IUIs and had success with IVF. I was always very impressed with Dr. Wise being so honest with her medication and procedure recommendations. Never felt pushed to go into something we didn't want to try. I also can't say enough about their amazing nurses. They always took the time to educate and walked me through every step (and there is A LOT of steps.)I had to call the clinic's emergency line numerous times and every time the phone call was answered immediately.Dr. Wise is an incredibly knowledgable Doctor and is definately not judgmenal at all.I highly recommend this clinic.I don't know where I'd be without these guys ❤️

Dr. Wise and the team at KRFC were fantastic. We had a long journey to become pregnant and recently welcomed our daughter into the world. The fertility journey can be incredibly difficult and everyone was extremely supportive and compassionate through the process. We had consulted and traveled far and wide and ultimately we had success with Dr. Wise and couldn't recommend her and the entire team more strongly.

Overall I had a great experience with Olive. My husband and I went through three iuis an egg retrieval and three transfers in our two years of being patients. Dr. Wise is very knowledgeable and was incredibly supportive and accommodating to our wishes throughout the process. Her team of nurses are an amazing group of women that are incredibly supportive and make you feel taken care of. The infertility journey is a long and emotionally draining one but the team helped us get through it all. Unfortunately I did not not have a lasting pregnancy from any of my iuis or transfers but I am 14 weeks pregnant naturally with the help of a live blood analyst. Even though my pregnancy occurred naturally the olive team still did my first two ultrasounds before graduating me from the clinic. I am very grateful for the support over the years!

Overall I had a great experience with the clinic. Respected my time and worked to accommodate my schedule. Always quick to respond when I had questions. If you find yourself in need of fertility treatment this clinic is a fantastic choice.

While IUI, IVF and kitchen sink" protocols didn't do the trick for us

I can’t even put into words how grateful I am to Dr Wise, Dr Daniels and the whole KRFC team. They made the last year and half of my IVF journey an unforgettable experience- the staff there always kept positive, provided unconditional support and made me feel comfortable in any situation. They are truly exceptional - especially Melissa! I will never be able to thank you enough for everything you’ve done for me. We are almost 16w with our rainbow all thanks to KRFC and can’t wait to expand our family with them in the future. If you are considering IVF don’t look any further - they’re simply the best.

The team at olive Kelowna have always been great to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone in Kelowna needing fertility treatment!

Each and every staff member of the clinic were very kind, informative and supportive. This was a very hard process and they helped ease a lot of anxiety for us. No question is a stupid question. We are now 14 weeks pregnant. First embryo transfer success. Thank you KRFC.
