I personally was basically robbed . I have attempted to reach out to get the money back that was spent but multiple times the manager as well as his might time employee have demeaned and embarassed me in front of other customers all while trying to get the money back that I spent and ultimately was needed when I asked to have it returned I was suddenly no longer a customer and I was treated as a criminal in their presence . DO NOT recommend this even if you need a pack of smokes ; it's worth walking down the block to where you'll get actual service .

Was “helped” by Inder tonight and was so bad I had to write this review. Had to grab a quick snack so I picked a chocolate bar. I get to the counter and Inder asks if I’d like to get one more for an extra $0.XX. I kindly refused. As I was looking at the pin pad and tapping my card, I noticed he still charged me for 2 chocolate bars. I pointed it out to him and he “just go take another, it’s only a few cents”. That made me furious. He knew what he was doing, and panicked when I took his name down and left the store. I couldn’t care less about the money but it’s the sheer gull of it that really set me off. I will be going to great lengths to ensure he doesn’t do this again. Looking forward to speaking with head office.

It was just fine. Went there at 1am and the only other customer was a regular guy. The service was great.

I wish I could put 0 star, this store constantly steals from its customers over pricing and charging extra for the product behind our backs. If u do decide to go to this circle k please check how much u are being charged and make sure ur paying what the price actually says, or even better, go to a convenient store that serves ther customers right and doesn't over price.

Guy wouldn't let us in for 20 minutes, we were sitting in-30°C just for him to try and say one at a time... this place needs new people

This is not 24 hours. Whoever it is that works nights is never seen. 2 till 6 is nap time. At least the dude puts up a sign with random excuses now. Freeze and rejection. Booo

This place is never ever open at night. Tonight I went there for the fifth night in a row- to yet again(!) see a staff member inside stocking shelves or standing behind the counter with the door locked- no sign on the door and buddy is just shaking his head at you. Doesn't come to the door to explain why a convenience store that is supposed to be open 24/7, has a staff member inside yet is closed. Again. Five consecutive nights. So frustrating!Also, one of their evening staff members is so unbelievably rude, it is astonishing that he works in with the public in any capacity, let alone in customer service.

Went into Circle K to get a lottery ticket on May 18th, 2020 @11:31 am. The guy that was working was to busy talking on his cell phone, on speaker phone to give me any genuine greeting. I'm writing because this is not the first time this guy was talking on his cellphone while hes working and treating customers with no respect.

The guy doing the Midnight shift is very rude. He closes the store every night and is no where to be found. He's running the place like it was his own home. The number of time this guy waisted from me is countless. Either close the store and serve thru a window or put up a sign. This guy has no respect for customer service.

One star.They Deleted my review. A review that didn't say anything bad about store employees.
