First off, I cannot emphasize how great Anshoo and my coach, Tracey, have been. I’ve recently completed the 6 week challenge and it was exactly what I need to become motivated to work out as well as learn how to eat cleaner to help fuel my body. As someone with prior health issues and also not someone to work out, I was nervous to start with this challenge but the whole group at F45 Brooklin are extremely supportive and inclusive. Everyone there works towards their common goals of making themselves and everyone there better everyday, that includes all of the people there with you sweating it out as well as all the wonderful coaches. I highly recommend checking this place out and speaking to one of the coaches about beginning your journey into better health and wellness. You won’t regret it!

A great place to work out. The staff and trainers are all helpful, enthusiastic and welcoming. F45 Brooklin feels like a community where everyone encourages each other and cheers each other on. No matter what fitness level you are, it doesn't feel intimidating. The music pumps you up and gets you motivated to train harder. The workouts are actually fun! So glad I found this place. So worth the investment.

I'm 5 weeks into my 6-week challenge with F45 Brooklin and have been blown away by the experience. I was in an incredibly low place when it came to my fitness and with my busy schedule, I needed a manageable fitness plan. This, and a realistic meal plan, was provided to me along with constant support to keep me on track.ALL the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and they create a fun and energetic environment that keeps me motivated and engaged. Both coaches and members create a welcoming and comfortable environment for anyone at any fitness level.Workouts are challenging, but easily adaptable. The coaches work with me to find the right modification for my level. The variety of exercises and movements keeps things interesting and I appreciate the focus on functional training for building strength and endurance, rather than just burning calories.Whether you're looking to undertake a new fitness journey or looking for a new place to continue your current one, I highly recommend F45 Brooklin. I've tried a lot of gyms over the years, but none have provided me with the same value - you won't be disappointed!Also, DJ workout Saturday's?! Yes please!

F45 Brooklin has been a game changer since I joined 6 weeks ago! I’m a mom of three, close to turning 40 and prior to joining had daily lower back pain and an old ankle injury that limited my movement.The back pain is now gone and not only are there amazing visible changes that I can see, but I feel so much better, stronger and more energetic! All of the trainers have been very supportive and encouraging.My kids now have a strong mom who can lift them and swing them around!

I've been going to F45 Brooklin for 6 weeks now. It is absolutely fantastic! The motivation, support, encouragement, knowledge and community make this place! My fitness has improved by leaps and bounds over the past 6 weeks. I feel great, have way more energy and have also seen tremendous results in the mirror. I have been training at F45 Brooklin for 2 months. It has been the best experience and I always look forward to the next workout. At 50 I have quite a few injuries that prevent traditional weight training. The instructors always work with me to modify the workouts to accommodate my specific needs. They are PHENOMENAL! Always positive and knowledgeable. I have dropped 10lbs, lost a pant size and reduced my body fat by over 2% and that's with a week away down south. To say that this is a game changer is an understatement. I highly recommend F45 Brooklin!!

I highly recommend F45 Brooklin. After just six weeks, I’ve not only exceeded my weight and body fat loss targets, more importantly I’ve gained flexibility, strength and confidence while my lower back and shoulder pain has steadily decreased. And my golf game has never been better! The coaching from Anshoo, Tracy and the team during workouts and through regular check-ins has been incredibly supportive. I’m looking forward to seeing what I will accomplish in the next six weeks (and beyond).

For years, I have been trying to gain weight and build muscle mass. I tried gyms, private coaching, diets, etc. etc. etc. And none were as effective as the 6 weeks challenge at F45 Brooklin.They were with me throughout my journey. The first day, I was given a customized diet; which I logged in an app and followed as if my life depended on it. I came in 3 times a week for sessions as recommended. And I am ecstatic with my results. Not only did I gain weight, I sometimes look forward to going to these sessions. My perspective towards exercising changed from “dread” to “somewhat appealing “. I am sure that as I go along this journey, it will become even more positive.As for the sessions themselves. They are 45 minutes each; and you can push yourself as much as you deem you should. The sets/stations are properly balanced and have enough variety. The location is spacious, bright and easily accessible. The sets and equipments are properly laid out for you and are clean.The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating and always checking in on you to make sure you are doing it right. I have seen them engage with everyone in a respectful and friendly manner.Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone who has a goal towards an ideal physique but had trouble in the past. They will give you enough support and encouragement, but this is for someone who can hold themselves the most accountable for their own well being.
