This is my favourite thrift store in Kelowna. First the volunteers are amazing. Friendly helpful and dedicated. They do a wonderful job of cleaning ironing and sorting their goods. Everything is displayed and categorized so much like a department store. The prices are reasonable. The selection is ever changing. They have great bargains and lots of beautiful vintage pieces furniture and auction items. Each week they have discounted items and $1.00 clothing items.

Good prices and very nice volunteers. The store had a good selection and was clean and organized. I will donate here now instead of other places. The line up was long but moved quickly

I generally like this store, it's got a great selection of stuff, staff is nice. I will say I am pretty uncomfortable with that one random male staff member who walks around super close to everyone without a face shield or mask though??? I have seen him multiple times. It says face coverings are required for staff and customers on the front door... Why is this guy putting customers at risk during a pandemic?

It's too bad that you're staff wouldn't let me use the washroom. I used to stop in atleast twice a week and would always spend money. Denying paying customers is not cool when someone has a look of desperation on their face because they have to go so bad. If there was no public washroom I can understand,But someone had been let in 3 minutes prior to me asking.

Great deals! Even a small maternity section which is great since there are few maternity stores in town. I got 5 items for $28. Fantastic pricing and decent quality. There is also a furniture section, and I have scored 2 nice brass lamps for $7 each. Just needed new shades :) happy to support local missions and upcycle someone's clothes, keeping them from the landfill!

First time visiting the store. Overall impression was how clean the store is and friendly the staff are!The treasures that people have donated is amazing.I like what the Mission gives back.Look forward to my next visit.

Unbelievably bad service and operating procedures. I went to drop off 2 shopping bags of items for donation. They refused to take them because they’re don’t accept donations before noon. I told them I was from out of town and won’t be back for a week but that made no difference to them and they could not take the TWO small bags of stuff. I told them I would take them elsewhere. That made no difference. Obviously, client and community support is not a priority for these people. Shame on them.
