I this day and age when every retailer is fighting for market share it astounds me the lack of customer service from this store.Having bought 2 televisions from this location only 7 months ago their lack of desire to assist us when one is broken - again after only 7 months and $1000 dollar purchase.While the 2 staff members casually leaned on the counter...I guess we were boring them, they told us they couldn't help us because we did not purchaser their warranty....again 7 months and no assistance. No guiding us through the process.Definitely lost a repeat customer who will share her story with as many people as possible so they do not go through the same thing.Retail is definitely not what is should be!!!

If you are looking for the brains of Einstein, and the strength of Hercules then Joshua is your man. He was so helpful to me and my son, Went so far out of his way to help us in everyway imaginable and was really kind to us. Not to say that the other staff members where not helpful because they where but Joshua just stuck out us and went far and beyond his job title. I would recommend this store to anybody who need computer help because they are a force to be wreck end with. Thank you guys so much for you're help and hospitality it means a lot.

Brilliant customer service from Alex and Sam. They were really knowledgeable and patient explaining carefully so we understood. Alex made informed recommendation after listening and understanding what we needed. We are visiting here from England and needed local Sim only card with add ons. They were great, even putting the SIM in my phone for me. Later helped me confirm it was working properly and researched making international calls. Very grateful for their tolerance and fantastic customer service.
