I was trying to avoid a public post or review, attempting to give Abby an opportunity to rectify her issues but this is no longer an option. I booked with you in May 2022 and paid upfront as requested. You got sick and had to cancel but could not afford to refund me at the time and we negotiated an alternative meeting which you neither kept or contacted me to confirm details for over a month. I have since messaged you to inquire about my refund and you read the message and BLOCKED me. My message was not disrespectful or vulgar and yet no response regarding my refund or an apology.I have read other reviews and posts and it appears I am not the first person you have done this to and I probably will not be the last.As an energy worker you should identify that my energy is no longer friendly and I hope that people see what you are doing and if they continue to support your business they demand that they pay you at the time of visit because you are not honourable in your business practices.
