NAPA Auto Parts - NAPA Associate Bolton

My experience with customer service was bad .People on computer had no interest in helping us as we stood there waiting to ask a question. Too busy on the computer. We were only two in the store waiting for being served.Finally one person seems a nice guy asking what he can do for us. We were interested one piece of equipment which was lightly used or you can say open box. We offer a price which we thought would be right price but gentleman politely said no which was fair answer to our offer but meantime young person who was also one of the staff came to us was also listening what we were discussing about warranty or so said “price you are offering I can walk you out from the door you came from” I told him that’s not a good answer I know the door I came from and I can walk myself out too I don’t need that help. Even a blind person who could come in will find his way out we are blessed we can see. Not only that he started swearing at us , is this is how you treat people it might be because we are not white. We run our business too by not that way. Mark my word we are coming to run business in Bolton and you guys will be begging to BUSSINESS with us. One Snap on salesman made comment on me same way 5 years later was begging to buy snap on aligner from him now I have 3 hunter alignment machines not a single snap on machine two hunter revolutions and two road force balancers. And one more snap on tools truck won’t let me see the tools told me get of the truck because you can’t afford these tools 10 year later came to me begging buy tools will give me a deal I could told him get out of my shop but I didn’t, I bought tool instead. Not because he was offering me a good deal because I felt bad for him. So buddy wait and watch we are coming.

Very poor experienceLack of customer serviceI went in a few days ago since my car was keyed looking for a solution.Stood there for 20 mins before I walked out.The service person on the phone didn't acknowledge me. Didn't even make eye contact.The mechanic sitting in the chair also didn't acknowledge me.No, can I be of service? How are you? Nothing.Service is shipping in these tough economic times. The lack of customer service amazes me.I guess they have an abundance of business and don't need any new clients
