Neal Parker taught a paddle board/ cutting board workshop to my fourteen year old. He was patient, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. His passion is contagious and perfect for beginners.

Please disregard your expectations, because Neal will blow them out of the water. He took the idea I had and turned it into a so much more than I ever imagined. He is truly an artist. He will definitely be designing and building more furniture for our home.

By far the best experience I've ever had getting something custom made. I was in need of a large cutting board that would let me focus on cooking instead of worrying about the things I was cutting falling off the edge. Neal went above and beyond with my request, from letting me pick out the exact pieces of wood to walking me through the entire process. This was a great woodworking class making a paddleboard which we got to take home. The owner, Neal, was very professional explaining all the equipment and process throughly with attention to safety.It was fun, interesting and a good learning experience for beginners. We got to use a joiner, planer, router, orbital sanders, jigsaw, and others tools too.Neal is very experienced and his shop reflects this. I look forward to more of his classes.

Neil provided 7 custom made wooden bowls from a 200yr old Maple tree that came down on my parent's property. He was attentive & ambitious from the start. He came & retrieved what chunks of the tree that he thought would work best. His final product is/was absolutely beautiful. He kept me in the loop during the entire process & was extremely flexible. My family will cherish these bowls for generations. He truly gave us a family memory"!"
