Rock Solid Fitness: Adjustable Dumbbells in Canada

Called and left three messages, emailed twice and haven't heard back regarding a warranty. One dumbell is completely useless and dangerous right now because it's not holding the plates onto the handleEdit :It's been a couple weeks without hearing back. This is horrible service. Can't even work out properly now

The pair of adjustable dumbbells and workout bench I ordered are fantastic! I love the compact design of both products, which fit under a bed when the bench is folded. It makes for a perfect home gym for anyone in a small apartment. I was concerned about the durability of the products when ordering, given the adjustable nature of both, but my concerns were quickly displaced. Both the bench and the dumbbells have surprisingly solid construction while still providing very quick adjustments making for efficient workouts.The only issue I had was some delays in shipping (attributable to the COVID pandemic, not the company itself) but the company was in regular contact with me to provide updates on the delivery of my order. In the end, I am still very happy with the products despite the delay.

Love these dumbells just as good as having the singles only they come as an adjustable system. Excellent product, and use them daily. When are you coming out with a barbell?!?!...I'll be first in line.

The rating is purely the company itself. 2.5 months to complete the order. Multiple follow-ups (most of which that I had to initiate) and missed deadlines. No attempt from the company to make it right. The weights themselves, fantastic. Better design than original select tech, which I also have and seemingly solid manufacturing. The stand is overpriced for the hassle. I was ready to drop another 1k on a second set before this experience. The unreliability alone makes the Bowflex a better buy. I wish them luck as they grow.

Purchased 2 RSF adjustable dumbbells and Bench. The best investment I had done in the pandemic.The dumbbells are of excellent quality and value for money. The bench is of good quality too. The team was very helpful in coordinating with the delivery schedule.I highly recommend to go for these products.Thank you once again Rock Solid Fitness team.

Buyer's beware sent me a broken stand thats not even for my dumbbells ordered the stand for the 80lb dumbbells sent the the stand for the 70lb called numerous times emailed no response finally got a hold of him and then he said he would sent a return label and still hasnt a weeks later

Love,love,love the click adjustable barbell! The plates double as hand weights. They are exactly like the ones they use for the les mills body pump classes! Thanks guys!

You get what you pay for. I ordered these March 30. Received them 2 weeks later April 18. One of the dumbbells had the cradle damaged, handle and 2 plates damaged. April 26 I received 2/4 pieces of the cradle, new handle and no plates. May 3 I received 2 plates for a different model. May 10 I received a new cradle, May 23 Received the 2 new plates for the correct model. These guys respond quickly to emails but you have to be painfully descriptive despite providing photos. I finally have the product I ordered and happy with it. The process not so much.

Called a couple of times to get some questions answered - had to leave a msg both times. They returned my calls promptly. The guy I spoke with was great to speak with and once I had made my decision to purchase, he gave me a realistic time frame and delivered within the time he told me. The dumbells + stand are on a next level. The stand is sturdy and at a good height as I am 5'10. The dumbells are absolutely amazing. I am so happy I made this purchase. I sold my original production select tech bowflexs after 20 years of use and cannot look back. The rsf tectonic plates are awesome. They are smaller and more dense than the bowflex's and changing weight is a breeze. Getting used to metric weights is not bad at all as weight is weight. Love these and much better value than nuobells

Customer service was good and quick to send a replacement part for a defect on an adjustable dumbbell I purchased.
