Very cute shop with lots of lovely products at the Lonsdale Quay market. I had to order online due to quarantine and it was an easy, fast, great experience. I really appreciated the $5 local shipping fee and was able to get some of their beautiful blooming teas as Christmas gifts. Customer service was excellent and they did an awesome job of staying in touch the whole time, helping to make sure the delivery time was convenient for me. Will definitely be shopping here again. Thanks Karolina and The Blue Teapot!

The owner is very kind and the prices are a good deal, especially for some of the teapots and teacups. My friends (who aren't tea drinkers) and I all ended up purchasing something from this store. Highly recommend!

Good selection of more classical tea flavours in loose tea form as well as all kinds of tea accessories. I've only had their black tea so far but the leaves are large, full of flavour, and well blended. Competitively priced with friendly staff. Home delivery also available if you live locally, which is a huge plus in these current times.

This was a wonderful experience. I bought a 4 large teacup set in Van Gogh art print. It came in a beautiful satin lined box and was fairly inexpensive for what you get. The box itself is gorgeous. I then bought a gift pack of chai teas, beautifully packaged.I gave them as a housewarming grift and my friend said they were so delicious that she couldn’t get enough of them!The lady helping me was knowledgeable and kind and made the experience perfect. My only regret was that I didn’t get her name.If your looking for a beautiful and personal tea and accessory buying experience, go to the Blue Teapot. Their products are amazing and I’m going back very soon.

Blue Teapot At The Quay is on the main floor inside the Lonsdale Quay. It is a very quaint shop. They sell all things Tea. We regularly purchase English Breakfast tea from the. We buy enough to last about six months. This is the best English Breakfast tea that I have tasted–––and I have tasted a variety from around the world.

Been to the store quite some time ago and recently ordered a fairly large order of teas online last week. Got my order today. SO happy!
