We bought our first boat from Canadian Boat Sales (CBS) four years ago and are delighted with it and with the experience.This father/daughter business is top notch both in quality of products and service. Here's what we've experienced:1. When we first visited the lot, Andy, the owner, greeted us. We came to look at a Boston Whaler. As we walked around the lot, Andy asked us lots of questions about what we wanted from our boating experience. He then told us about a boat that he thought would be perfect. Turns out, that's the boat we bought and he was right. It's a 23' Sea Ray Sundeck.2. He only showed us boats in our price range. He never tried to upsell us.3. Incredible service - My wife and I stopped by without an appointment to view a boat we saw online. We are not what you call expert boaters. This was our second boat. When we got there Andy was just pulling up with another boat. We discussed what we were looking for in a boat, he explained in detail the differences in boats, what to look for when buying and what would meet our needs. Then we spoke about the boat we were interested and asked for us to come back to do an on the water test because he was in the middle of a couple of things and was not expecting us. Within about 2 seconds, Andy had changed his mind and said what the heck
