First i am told they did not have French Vanilla. Then they did not have the specialty coffees. Then I asked for the savoury pastries and was told it is a long time they do not have them when they are still on the menu so I ordered a farmers wrap. I was told the don't have sausage only bacon. I said fine. I got to the window and payed for my purchase and told that I needed to wait and someone would bring me the sandwich. I waited and had to flag down an employee to go check on my sandwich. He came out with some kind of a wrap but not what I ordered. I hD to back in. Horrible service.

Bad bad very bad , only two employees taking orders in front don’t know why only two in front of the counter one of them was not feeling well I asked her are you ok she said she is very sick ,very sick could pass the virus to client very bad and the other girl was running like a rabbit taking order doing sandwich making coffee etc... I had to wait for just a coffee and I’m only with another client in front it’s not like a big line up however I said I go to the rest room meanwhile waiting oh my lord the rest room I didn’t even want to pee it look like no one cleaned it since war world 2.So I went back to take my coffee a man was screaming saying the f words regarding the service and the waiting time just for a coffee , I went to have my coffee and I was in shock that the only client in front of me was still waiting I asked what’s happening it’s just a coffee the poor employee answered me no more coffee she was brewing more and we have to wait tell it’s done, that tim horton is a jock cheap owner bad management only one star cause I have no choice should be zero star however I was late for my appointment because of that, never against on that location .

Worst Tim Horton's ever, coffee was cold, ice capp was just liquid. I asked for extra sauce in my farmers wrap they put no sauce.Employee was rude when I asked a question, felt like I was bothering her !Keep driving to the next Tim's.

I’ve been to this Tims countless amount of times — and I fail to remember ONE good experience within the past year. I can totally understand mistakes, bad days, covid affecting workflow/motivation etc… I’m typically VERY reasonable and patient… However, I can confirm that my last 10 visits were disastrous, on top of all the rest which were beyond sub-par. The drive-through here in particular is a nightmare. I’m constantly stuck waiting for over 20 minutes even when there’s maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me. I was asked to wait on the side several times for my order (which usually consists of a black coffee and a bagel), only to be forgotten time and time again. My coffee’s are more often than not riddled with cream and sugar (despite me asking for black every time). I stopped correcting their mistakes at one point because it would take an eternity for the staff to rectify the error, so I’d pay, drive-off and leave the coffee for the trash.The staff is polite most of the time — not much to comment on here other than a few exceptions. I always appreciate kind people. My 2 star review comes mostly from the fact that certain members of the staff pull through sometimes, and are overall nice. I only hope this location improves. There’s nothing but room to improve here.There’s definitely more to say, but I think I made my point. Starting from this day forward, I’ve chosen never to come here again. There are FAR better run Tim Hortons in and around Montreal. I’d rather drive further away to get decent service than settle for this. Avoid this spot if you can.

Worst Tim hortons ive ever been to. You never know if it will be open or closed when you get there. You never know what service you'll get either. Like playing russian roulette. Only two Tims in the area and this one is supposed to be the one that stays open later and they close early half the time. Very unreliable.

Easily one of the worst Tim Hortons I've been too. and the service is honestly appalling. The Cashier's are extremely rude and give you attitude. If they make a mistake they will not attempt to amend it. If you bring up that they made a mistake they give you more attitude.If there one thing they are consistent with, it's that they are rude and slow.

We used to go often but now there’s a gang of French people (clients) who always hang out there and are very loud and abnoxious! disrespectful for other clients and employees don’t do anything about it!
