We are a challenge for lenders - with self-employed income, and corporate filings, etc. Katie and Kim were very tactical and communicated well to get the resources they needed to put the biscuit-in-the-basket. In the end they got us a couple of very good options. We're very happy with the results and their level of professionalism.

After very poor service from a TD mortgage broker and having another mortgage broker tell us we could not get financing to purchase a home on Vancouver Island when we were living in North Vancouver, our realtor recommended Integrity. These ladies made our mortgage happen with minimal stress and followed up quickly whenever there was a hiccup. We are please with their level of service and professionalism, not so common in todays world. We are already recommending Integrity Mortgage to all our friends.
