The iconic Henry's camera store new location at Church and Shuter, Very bright clean atmosphere, products are displayed neatly.

Impressive customer service. We've assisted with a guy named Sammy I really like him I'm definitely coming back to this place. I recommend to anyone who wants a photography equipment.

I was trying to find a place to get my passport renewal photos done, the ones I had taken from elsewhere got sent back for some reason. The staff here were super patient and nice when I was double checking stuff, and delivered as required. There was no wait when I walked in either. I didn't buy photography equipment there but it looked like they were very well stocked.

Re: James? front counter...I lost his name...but will e back into the store and will verify it...what a pleasant, PATIENT, chap. I have a Canon camera that I bought from your store about 50 yrs. ago...(I am giving away my age here!!!) I haven't used it in years. I couldn't remember how to use it or set it, etc. James got the film and the batteries for it and then showed me how to load the camera and where to set it for flowers or trees and which numbers to twist the dial to.During the whole process we happily chatted...he was not put out by my dumb questions and he knew all the answers to my questions even though he wasn't even born when I bought the camera!!!He know all about cameras...he knows the business inside out. Henry's is so lucky to have such a knowledgeable person at the front desk.Ann Stirlingp.s. Hard to find a parking spot on the street within a 5 minute walk. Store is not that busy compared to Downtown Camera a block south.

We used the film studio to host a podcast and it went incredibly well. Henry's had a staff member there to assist us and even had equipment that we could borrow. It was a great setup and I was surprised that they didn't charge us for the space. Overall fantastic experience!I've also bought lenses from this location and had a great experience as well.

Wonderful people. Knowledgeable, helpful and real. Took in some old Nikon equipment for trade-in/credit and the professionalism, attention and care provided by the staff (Alex and Ray, in particular) was appreciated as the equipment belonged to my late father.

The new location looks gorgeous. Can't wait to shop here again. So many options. Shout out to Vincent who talked shop with me and let me demo some of the high end mirrorless options. Very friendly customer service

Great store with excellent staff. Vincent in particular was extremely helpful. He has deep knowledge across a variety of brands, and really helped me narrow down my choices based on my budget. He was also extremely patient in answering my billions of questions.Definitely ask for Vincent, you won't regret it.

As a staple name in photo equipment in my part of the country, at least, they have served me well so often. Occasionally things fall a little short. (a recent order/ slow shipping... it can happen) Still, it's worth shopping at Henry's. The staff are generally knowledgeable and helpful and Henry's does carry a good range of products, from camera gear to large format printers and media. If I could change one thing though, it's their website: While it is better than some, I find loading slow and searches not easy to refine making the site very cumbersome to navigate. I'd assume online ordering is important to their business. Anyway, I'm a fan: Go Henry's!!
