Horrible place. The machines are extremely old, the gym is DIRTY and the staff is rude. When I mentioned these things to them, the Asian short young guy replied our clientele has been coming for 30 years." Ok and? How does that justify the poor quality and service? There's also no way to cancel the membership with a hefty fee. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

The facilities are well maintained and the staff are awesome! Plenty of equipment to not slow up your workout and also enough space to feel comfortable. Well worth the money if you want a quality facility and experience.

I was just shopping around but fell in love with the place right away. Staff was courteous, professional and very helpful. All the machines you could possibly need and a sauna to top it off. Can't wait to start working out.

Bad service, old training devices, they say they have private trainers, I waited three weeks for them to assign me one, they give me an appointment at 8 am on Sunday, I arrive and they open the gym 8 20 am ! You can get an idea of the service of this GYM!

Don't get me wrong. The staff are very friendly, approachable, and informative. However, it was a disgusting experience having to witness people casually walking naked around other people in the bathroom. This deviates from what should be considered decency and social norms. If people need to change, then they should do it inside private doors. I don't want to feel like I'm surrounded by homosapiens from centuries past ; I want to feel like I'm in a civilized environment. Please mandate people to wear at least underwear to mask their private parts. I don't EVER want to have to experience this again.

No so smart manager! If you want to warn people about something do it privately, not ine the middle of people's workout and in front of everyone! So rude and no respect! Never going back to that place! Worst place ever! It's on my gym black list!

RECENT UPDATE: Capacity feature in the app is still wrong, seems like they can't take into consideration density versus active users and square footage. So if the app says 40% capacity it's possible that 35% of the 40% is all in the main gym area, so even if it sounds low you may go upstairs and most of the cardio and weight machines will be in use forcing you to wait around.UPDATE: One cool thing in the Nautilus app you can see is the gym's capacity, but be warned that this capacity does not in any way reflect where said capacity is. So you can see say 50% capacity, go inside, and find out that say 30%-40% of said capacity is all using up the benches and popular weight machines so now you still have to wait. I've had to wait 10-20 minutes for equipment to free up at times as there are only about 4-5 weight benches for free weights.Fairly large gym, clean, and well organized. Staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of classes and stuff available to do.Only real downside is some of the equipment is dated, from the 80s and early 90s, some even bought second hand from physio hospitals in the U.S. That and there's very few options in terms of abdominal machines seen at other gyms.The flex plan is great though if you go a lot. But be aware that when signing up that the free training session" is purely a consultation for a training session

I am looking mainly for group classes. The music thay is played at all group classes is so bad and unspiring. There is so much good music and entertaining out there but they chose to play the lowest kind. I even suggested to Nautillus to diversify then spoke to the manager who was totally unreceptive to my suggestion and had an attitude like she owns the place and can do whatever they please. Really annoying!

I first came to Nautilus Plus Brossard in 1987. I worked out several times in the week and loved it. I have seen many changes over the 35 years. My gym is health and fitness oriented with a dedicated hard working staff. Clean and very well managed. Many courses, nutritionist, personal trainers, and others, to help us be in good health which is so important. I love seeing people workout. It is my place to keep me healthy and strong. I am 60 years old and feel younger. Thank you!!
