If I had the money I'd buy 2 of everything in there...handy, knowledgeable, great prices and most of all friendly service...Thanks to all that work hard for Ingrid...if you have a horse this is your one stop shop....enjoy!!!!

I give this store five stars because the staff is always pleasant,helpful,and genuinely like the customers and what they do. This store have supplies for horses but some of the same things can be used for dogs. Nefertiti and I truly enjoy going to this store. kisses for being an establisment that respects everyone

Sudbury has a huge population of horse people . I'd like to see a bigger store that caters to Western ridding however this little place works well. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.

Always has the stuff I need in stock. Owners are amazing help and provide the best customer service popular. Go check it out - trust me the experience is better than ordering online!!!!

Anyone who says that there is bad service or problems with staff or the owner really need to reevaluate themselves lol.The staff in this Greenhawk are the reason its the only one I try to go to AND the reason I don't order online. It is a fantastic experience every time I'm there and the owner is always super helpful when you reach out online.

Absolute garbage customer service. Ordered a rain sheet and was told it would be in on the upcoming Thursday and that they would call us. It's now a day short of a week late and we had to go with somebody else since they still won't have it in for at least another day. Now they aren't willing to refund despite having failed to met their own stated deadline by a week with no updates or customer service at all. Store credit is for returns and other possible no fault issues not for a company failing to serve their customers but refusing to take accountability. Lost a customer on their first transaction. No way I'll spend today's hard earned money with such a disreputable group. All decisions were made by the store manager so this wasn't an attendant following policy.

Customer service was questionable from being rude to super nice. The store is also not very well labeled so you don't know where to look for what you want. The prices are decent but the is a shortage of supply. Happy to buy my product there but will not visit again
