I can't recommend Dr. Awad and Handala Dental highly enough. Everything that has gone into the practice focuses on inclusive, kind, and informed care. The explanations and warnings before every movement and action make you feel at ease and respected. Not only do you feel your identity and consent are valued, but the dental care is fantastic! I've honestly never had such remarkable results from a cleaning and I appreciate Dr. Awad's care and expertise!

Handala Dental is the best practice around, bar none. Dr. Awad and the team are all pros -- the clinic environment is welcoming, the administration is procise, and Dr. Awad is both talented and receptive to patient input. I cannot recommend Handala more :)

I had an incredible experience with Dr Ayman he was so comfortable to be around and made my experience great and I can't wait to spread the news. I went to them after feeling constantly degraded by my previous dentist and Dr Ayman made me feel great at the same time saving me thousands of dollars. He also showed me how to keep a few teeth's with preventive maintenance. I look forward to continuing to see him. Also his receptionist Jessica is amazing helpful and friendly.

I highly recommend Dr. Awad and his team. I switched dentists after a long time and change can be a bit scary but I really appreciated his warm, friendly, welcoming demeanor and his professional rapport. He clearly and concisely explained his recommendations and his reasoning. The space (including the intake process) also felt inclusive and welcoming. Rosario (Administrator) and Jessica (Dental Assistant) were also lovely and friendly.

This is by far the best Dental office I’ve ever been to.Extremely clean, caring and professional.I took my very nervous, apprehensive 9 year old and Dr.Awad was extremely patient and kind.He was so good at getting my 9 year old to understand everything he was explaining and my child left feeling empowered and relaxed.My child’s correct pronouns were used and I know this was just the best visit for them .Thank you so much to everyone at Handala you are so appreciated and needed.I wish I could give you more stars .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr. Awad and his staff are the best. If you’re nervous like I am when in the dentist’s chair, Dr. Awad will go over every step of the procedure and take it at your pace. Not only is the office welcoming and affirming but they’re also trauma informed and compassionate.

My 4 and 6 year olds had their routine dental check-ups with the Handala team yesterday. It's a very warm and welcoming space. Dr. Awad was very respectful and sensitive to my kids and full of positivity! He made it such a great time that they immediately wanted to do it all over again :) We are lucky to have such a great new dental clinic in the neighbourhood.

Dr. Awad is amazing! He is kind, friendly, and very, very knowledgeable. He works very hard to make sure you understand what is going on, and I appreciate that he tells me everything he is doing before he does it. He is funny and makes me feel so welcome and at home. When I had to have a cavity filled, he worked so hard to make sure that it felt good once it was finished. I couldn't even tell I'd had any work done! I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist's office, and I truly look forward to each time I get to visit. Thank you, Dr. Awad and Handala Dental team!

I've never been shocked by a dentist appointment before. I feel like I have my old teeth back again. Dr. Ayman Awad is amazing, and the staff are so accommodating and kind. My partner and I are both thrilled to have a great new Dentist in our neighbourhood and now in our lives.
