Hiring Absolute Concrete Repair to fix the water problems in my basement was the absolute right choice, both for the repairs needed and for my wallet! Instead of having to dig up around my 1960s era house, Cory and Dave expertly sealed the cracks in my foundation from the inside, and also waterproofed where the walls meet the floor. They went the extra mile to make sure all the issues were addressed, and took the time to explain the process to me. They were fantastic to deal with, and very prompt and professional. I had a retaining wall to my basement door that had several large cracks in it. Absolute Concrete Repair already knew about the wall from the previous owners of the home. They came by, took a look, and provided me with an approximate estimate on the spot, and a detailed quote shortly afterwards. The work came with an engineering report that you can fall back on if anything bad happens.The team that worked on the project were friendly, polite, and always communicated with me about the status. Working outside can often depend on the weather (hot, cold, rain, or shine). If they couldn't continue the work due to weather, then they informed me so that I wouldn't worry about the status.Originally, I wanted additional work to the house (my front steps have settled poorly). They were more than happy to help, but when they realized that the structure of the stairs could be compromised and the engineer wasn't sure the repair would hold, then they reached out to communicate this information. Rather than taking on a project that could be problematic, they took the stance that they didn't want to do a job that they can't be sure would work. It saved me money and a potential headache. This was much appreciated.I would go back them for any concrete repair without question or thought.
