Biggest rave to Dr Van Engelen and assistant Sam, they were able to get the mats off of my 21 year old cat who is no longer able to groom himself and won’t let me brush his underside. This is no small feat! In fact, two other vets and a groomer have been unable to do this job in the past because of how loose the skin of such an old kitty is but these ladies went above and beyond. They were so gentle with my old fella, they got him all cleaned up and loved on him, too, and gave him lots of breaks so he didn’t come home traumatized.I am more than grateful. I am absolutely thrilled that I’ve finally found the help my elderly cat needs, thank you so much to Dr Van Engelen and the compassionate staff at this clinic! <3

When I booked my appointment, I was told my neutor exam was free.When I was done appointment they wanted $80.00.After explaining that the Secretary had told me appointment was free, due to I was previous customer/client.Their reply was, that only applies if you've been into office in past 6 months. They still wanted a reduced amount of $50.00.I only paid the $50.00 due to not wishing to affect my credit.In my opinion the appointment should have been free, due to the fact the error was made by their secretary.It's not my fault, as a client to have to pay when error was their's.I would not have booked the appointment at that time.I would have waited until after a new paid visit for shots or ?, was made to ensure exam was free, if I had been given the opportunity to choose.Secretary experience or lack of is not the clients fault.

My cat was coughing constantly and I thought he had a trapped hair ball in his throat. After I noticed he was starting to breathe through his mouth, plus seeing he was taking quick short breaths, I decided he must go to a vet. At Anderson, they managed to slot my cat in on the same day. He had an x-ray done here and found water build up around his lungs which was limiting his breathing capability. They quickly got in contact with the veterinary hospital in Kelowna for treatment. Thanks to the quick actions done by Anderson, my cat is still here. Thank you.

Anderson Vet provides family-like care. The entire staff is wonderful with our pets. They share our joy when we get new puppies, and they share our sorrow when a fur baby crosses the rainbow bridge. Couldn't ask for better care.

Very smart and well versed vet had seen our aging Boxer, Quinn. They helped our old lady get over some back pain. Very nice facility and friendly staff.

Even though the Vet is not Stewart's favorite place to go we had a great first visit to Anderson's Vet Clinic today. Dr. Crookshanks is knowledgable, kind, thorough and prudent. I felt like he totally got" my dog

The staff at Anderson Veterinary are all simply outstanding. Dr. Bull is thorough and compassionate. After our dog's recent surgery we received detailed care instructions and regular check up phone calls. We know our dog is in good hands and receiving the best possible care.

Staff there is friendly awesome with pets.... they always phone the following day to see how your pet is doing after they have had some sort of surgery done

They charged me a high price for their services but I think that it is close to all Veterinary at least my dog is not having diarrhea now so I feel better now
