I have been a client since 2019 and have never been disappointed with their products and services. The whole staff is amazing and very welcoming. Nicholas and Corey are very knowledgeable, and Khalid is very patient whenever I look for shoes. Weixi always returns my call and accommodates any scheduling changes. The Mississauga store has a wide array of choices. I'm glad they have another store location in Dixie. BioPed is a one stop shop for all of my foot care needs.

A wonderful experience. The staff here are very friendly and helpful! I use the orthotics/shoes I got here every day and they make a world of difference for my feet! If you get foot pain I would recommend you get checked out here.

Staff here are really nice and welcoming. Quick and efficient service, my orthotics were ready in a couple days. I'm a nurse and I work on my feet 12+ hrs a day... my feet were crying at the end of a shift and I could never find shoes that were comfortable enough or lasted. Nick was great and was very informative during the assessment. My feet are finally pain free. Would highly recommend 100%!! You have a great team, thank you so much!

I worked at this place for sometime. I would like to state that the staff is great and they make sure to take their time to address any issue. A perfect staff that is a combination of great knowledge and a friendly nature. Not sure what you need to deal with any issue you may have concerning the knee to feet area, you may call and could book a free consultation to figure out the options available. I recommend this place and let it be known you will be in good hands.

Made my foot pain for years go away. Now I'm able to walk for hours without any pain or discomfort. Thank you Khaled!! They take the time to explain everything to you in detail. The front desk staff is nice too. Highly recommended.

From the receptionist to the doctor to sales person at Bioped are all welcoming, friendly and helpful! Dr Henna Khan evaluated my feet and provided an assessment with amazing care. Then I was sent to Khalid Shah the sales person to provide me with all the different options available based on my measurements. He was excellent with giving me useful tips and provided exceptional customer service. Finally the receptionists were fantastic and they processed the claim smoothly with my insurance provider and were very nice. 5 out of 5 stars ⭐ I left the place so happy and will definitely recommend this for anyone. First time here. What an experience!The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was explained to me and I learned so much about my posture, why I was experiencing discomfort and pain and the methods we can fix it. Highly recommend!! Two thumbs up. Their products made such a difference and my feet have never felt better. I also had a pedicure here and WOW!!! …If my feet could thank you they would.
