Canada Post

It's a convenient location, however if you need to use flex delivery/pick items up here, it is nearly impossible considering the hours of operation. It would be great if hours extended to 6 pm on weekdays and opened on Saturdays.

Professionalism is non-existent here.There is one agent in particular that is the reason I try to avoid this location and go to Kingsway where they are fast and way more consistent. As I mail the exact same documents each month, I believe I have a good handle on my needs. Today I got the agent I try to avoid and after we determined the envelope I needed (even though it’s different from the envelope I get every single month at Kingsway) I filled out my address label and left it in her hopefully capable hands. As I’m standing outside sending a text, I hear her talking negatively about me to her colleague. I walked right back in the store and let her know I heard her talking about me. Word of advice for this location, you’re in the customer service industry, hire people that are good to your customers, we’re the reason you’re employed! Or at the very least, maybe whisper your customer grievances because I’m partially deaf in one ear and I heard the conversation perfectly standing outside the door!

The staffs in this Canada Post are very friendly and kind, especially Jennifer. They deserve this 5 stars review. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday approximately 11:30 there was quite a lineup constantly 10-12 people so a bit of a wait as about 8 people in front of me.A young very able bodied man’s turn came up and he had a plastic bag full of things he was mailing (not parcelled)..the postal clerk was wrapping up this guys parcels using Canada Post prepaid boxes adding tape, making up labels as well using valuable time he could’ve been helping other customers as all wickets occupied and having this person go off to side and wrap up his own parcels etc..hey if it’s not busy great to be a helpfull postal clerk but when busy like that, come on use common sense.

I go to this Canada Post all the time for my small business, sometimes twice a week. The staff is incredibly friendly all the time and they even remember me when I go in there! Staff is always helpful and patient. Can not say enough good things about this Canada Post location

They were not able to print a shipping label from email here. I was deferred to the adjacent Staples where I had to wait and pay to have it printed which was very incovenient.

I’m sorry to put a two star comment for the specific store. The staff was really nice and gave me very clear instructions. If nothing had ever happened I would definitely rate 5 stars. However, Canada Post at some spot in Edmonton lost my xpresspost envelop which had my passport in side. The last stamp of the envelop marked it was going out of Edmonton then totally lost. The customer service guy said the insurance on the envelop itself can cover up to $100 compensation, but that’s just nothing compared to my all visas in there. Had to apply for everything all again. Even Had to cancel my vacation plan.

Convenient all service mail depot in Oliver Square. The staff are helpful and courteous.It's a bit confusing though because London Drugs also holds parcels for Canada Post and it's just a couple stores over.

I don't know which Canada Post my order was sent from, BUT ! 5 stars to a lady named Karen Rose!. She called me to make sure my address was fixed and made me feel like I wasn't just another package that got lost, like I actually mattered, where as 1 star for the other Canada Post (on call) woman that was rude, hard to understand, and snarked It's being sent back!!"."

One customer rep (short Asian lady) is very rude and laughs at customers. And has the audacity to tell me I was rude to her! Never in my life would I do that to a person helping me!As a post office you should provide your customers with some tape. Not everyone send out packages on a daily.Laughing at a customer and giving them attitude is unacceptable!
