Have been here twice and was happy with my overall experience. However, I have now tried twice to book appointments and no one answers the phone or returns messages. I've waited over a week now for a call back but have decided on going across the street as I can't wait and need my hair. If you're not going to have a receptionist, it would be great to at least receive a returned call.

Pre holiday I had a spray tan done by Sam and was very very happy with the results. When I met up with some friends who had been staying for months in the Carribean they were amazed it was not from laying out in the sun! It lasted a long time and faded evenly. I'm scheduling another for a family wedding this spring. Thanks again!
