The call centre respondents have a way of not wanting to offer assistance except about one or two of them. However, when we went in the staff that attended to us, Jijo John was very professional, empathetic and respectful. He attended to us very well. Personally, I will give Jijo John a 5 star rating.

Initially our conversation started off well, the person assisting me was giggling and having a grand time. The first remark was that if you have children you are more likely to be approved" which seemed reasonable to me. Near midway of our conversation after being taken off hold
