Emily cut a new style for me today. She explained what she was doing and showed me the back of my hair so I could see if it was short enough. She definitely cared about making sure I was happy with the cut. Thanks Emily for your great service today!

I was upset because i schedualled an appointment for 11:30 and still had to wait there 20 minutes until my haircut.If i was the one who showed up late to my appointment they would be upset with me, so i expect service on time if i show up on time. They accept so many walk ins, which is good, although it cuts into peoples time when they make an appointment. When i did get my haircut i was treated really well though and it did turn out amazing.

Larissa was exceptional today. I went in not knowing what colour or hairstyle I wanted and she had the perfect suggestions. Everyone there made it fun and relaxing. I want to give Tracy a shout out for the amazing perm she gave me almost a year ago and it's still holding up. You girls are awesome. Can't wait for my next visit. ❤

Excellent place to get your hair cut. We were in and out quickly with the cuts we both wanted. Stephanie was amazing as always. Love how the staff is so polite and always laughing with their customers.

We took our very busy toddler with unruly and wild hair in for a haircut. Stephanie not only gave him a fantastic haircut, she was able to keep him entertained and happy in his chair for the whole cut. I have no idea how she managed to make him look so handsome while he wriggled the whole time, but her patience and kindness were incredibly appreciated. We liked his haircut so much that we had to call back to get her name so that we could be sure to ask for her next time. Highly recommend.

Today Emily cut my hair. She was incredibly understanding of my anxiety, and walked me through every step. She was incredibly kind, methodical, and above all else she was considerate. If you ever need anyone sweet and trustworthy, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She did a wonderful job, and I feel more confident than ever.
