I strongly recommend this dealer. From day one they took excellent care of my wife and I giving us all the different options we have according to our budget. They work with us to find what car could fit with our needs and financial possibilities. After about a week of searching they finally got the right car for us with the price meeting our request. I thank Albert for his friendliness, patience and honesty. I think Albert’s attitude and honesty motivated my wife and I so much that we finally bought the car and we do love the car. My car looks great. These guys did a fantastic job washing my car inside and out. The car dog hair has vanished, the car smells fresh, and the plastic interior looks clean and shiny. I am very satisfied with the service, it was professional, fast, and fairly priced. Highly recommend it.

Took my car in for detailing and an engine wash, to prepare it to advertise it for sale. Albert did a great job, I'm not sure the car has looked this good since it was brand new! In fact, after seeing how great it looks, I'm considering keeping it...seriously. When you get your car detailed in this manner it becomes a source of pride instead of just a thing to take us from A to B; maybe detailing should be a seasonal thing?? I'll be back...

I really appreciated that he is straight up and does not sugar-coat, because I trusted that he would not over-promise on anything. Instead, he was knowledgeable and patiently addressed my concerns. Previous bad review is outdated. Different management, different attitude, different everything. Purchased 2 cars for my family here last year. Doing service ONLY THERE. I'm kind of person who would drive 40km to get right service in the dealership you fully trust. So when I've purchased cars I've got full support from financing to get rustproof and excellent car wash (interior+exterior). Your welcome any time for questions and advices. I was looking at a few cars on my day off for a nice used daily driver. After visiting a few other dealerships I went to MyCarGroup in Richmond Hill. I spoke with a salesman named Albert and we went to look at the car and take it for a test drive. The car was in good shape and was priced fairly. I have purchased this very nice 2010 Mazda 3. I also was offered an extended warranty for the car and agreed to get at promotional cost. This is my first car purchase on my own as a young driver and Albert made the whole process smooth and comfortable. I can recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again!
