Dr. Ibrahim Al-Hashmi MD

Dr. Al-Hashmi has been a god-send. He is patient, kind, he listens well and pays good attention. I am so thankful for him.The receptionist is a bit cut sometimes, but I love her. Some people have a bit of a hard edge, but she has a tough job and after speaking with her many many times, she's a really nice lady.They call ahead to remind you of your appointments so if you haven't received that call, maybe call them first and make sure they still have you before you go in.

DR. IBRAHIM AL-HASHMI Is the best pediatrician in town. Alhamdullilah, he is the doctor of my 3 kids and we have no complaints with his assessment and diagnosis.

Worst receptionist ever! good luck getting an appointment! She talks like they are doing you a favour. We called for a consultation for our child's allergy but this lady at the reception spoke like she owns the clinic and doctor. Asked many questions about the issue and then said we are not taking patients now! She just said go somewhere else! Maybe the doctor is good. However, there is no way to reach him directly. Staff are narrow minded, extremely rude and unprofessional. KEEP AWAY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR THATS AN ADVISEYOU WILL REGRET THE TIME YOU SPEND DEALING WITH ALL THE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF HIRED THERESTAY AWAY ….

Awful reception ever. Doctor is perfect. But the front desk need to be changed. I will come and will inform doctor that this Lady is making complains and Mr.Al hashmi need to read google reviews and to see what the hell she brings to the people with babies!! You are just front desk! Your duty is to book appointments,do your job. You are not mama of customers. You are serving us not your kids!!!

If you are like me and was searching for a pediatrician, look no further!.I had the pleasure of dealing with this doctor today. He is such a very pleasant, and gentle doctor.He is thorough! And answers your your questions, you don't get the feeling of being rushe. He sits and explains everything to you.The front receptionist was also kind to get me a sooner appointment because she sensed the urgency in my tone

Horrible front desk experience. We had booked an appointment for our 2 year old. That lady at front desk made us wait for 20-30min and forgot about it. When we went to enquire about wait time she laughed and said she had no appointment booked for us. After seeing through her scraps she says your appointment was cancelled and she informed over voicemail. We received no such voicemail. This lady and clinic is most unprofessional I have come across so far. I was planning to file CPSO complaint but I believe it’s the front desk lady who makes mess of things and not Doctor. Though I believe change in front desk staff is much needed for this clinic.

The best Doctor I have ever met.He is so professional, patient, communicative .He is always taking his time to explain to us the details of our son case .We are so happy with his medical help , diagnosis and follow up , he made us feeling like our son is his the only patient! He gave us time and care. And this is really amazing, we would never ask for more!Thanks a lot doctor ,wishing you all the best.Rola
