This company is cheating people. We are new canadians in newfoundland and they changing their price all the time even if you singed the contract. Many Ukrainians faced with this problem here in Newfoundland. Don’t recommend them and be very careful people. P.S. we are sending the request to the government to help us.

I am impressed with the service and customer service with this company. I signed up for my coverage and it was done immediately. My biggest surprise was a drop in rates as my commute distance to work changed. Without being asked, the rate was updated and as a result my rates have dropped again. In all my years of purchasing coverage, I have never received such personalized service. They have a customer for life!

People have been very helpful when I have called. Reaching out periodically during the pandemic and lockdown seemed a more personal touch. One thing I would like them to do is to give you a heads up when renewal time comes around and your rates go up but nothing has changed on your end. I think this is the time for my representative to reach out. I have left the competition for a similar reason and a less friendly agent who was unwilling to shop my policy around when it had gone up in price. I also got the impression that representative didn't work there after that and I have been asked to go back to them. I am happy with Munn.

I had a very bad car accident and I cannot give enough stars to my rating for MUNN insurance. Everyone was so quick to respond and so kind and I really felt taken care of. I would recommend them to everyone. Everyone I have ever dealt with at MUNN insurance has made a wonderful impression and provided top notch service. Could not be more pleased!

I was impressed that when my auto insurance came up for renewal with someone else you called me back as promised 6 months before and offered me an excellent rate. I switched over right away with no regrets.

Friendly service but long wait/on hold times when calling for something. Also I've have had to make multiple calls back to try to get a quote when returned calls were promised. Spent a totalnof almost 3h on hold because I wasn't getting calls back. When it was finally resolved it was quick and the service was great but it took a lot of effort/time to get to that point and I was on the brink of switching providers.

Great, easy experience with Chris while searching for home and auto. Ended up getting a cheaper monthly rate on auto.I called multiple insurance organizations and this is the only place that answered the phone.
