Great place to shop and pleasant staff. But don't bother to bring in your plans for a quote. I've been waiting nearly 3 months for something that should never take more than a week.

I went to this store looking for some help, I had forgotten my battery charger and I needed to do a repair that involved using my cordless drill. I asked at the rental desk if they would rent me a battery charger, not something that is available for rent, however when I explained why I needed it they were very helpful and made an exception, and rented me a battery charger so I could make my repair. The staff at this store are very professional and will go out of their way to help. If you are in Invermere and need anything from a hardware store, stop in at Home Hardware, nice Store and staff that actually care.

I used to find this store very helpful, but since their renovations things appear to have taken a turn for the worst.Nobody in the paint dept knows anything.The contractors desk is staffed by folks who don’t know how to search for product in their own computers.Update: delivery and picking staff are absolutely dynamite. Other issues still exist, I hope the customer feedback helps them.The sales folks don’t return calls (and this was AFTER I spent thousand$ on roof underlayment).I ordered tile, they ordered the wrong colour.It took me over six months to get my money back from a defective table saw.Service is now awful, except for some of the folks that have been there a while. The cashiers have always been wonderful, but my goodness what a turn the business has taken.

They sell just about everything! Staff are friendly and helpful. Shelves are clean and organized since the big renovation. The paint section is great
