Roots Tree Service

Needed 8 trees removed which were growing between 2 houses and called for an estimate and an estimated timeframe. They came in gave estimate ad asked for a couple of days of notice. When I called they came the following day and removed the trees with no issues. They raked and cleaned up both properties with only a few chainsaw chips left behind. Beautiful job and all the neighbours still remark about the quality as well as speed this job was done. Would recommend these lads anytime.

I was very impressed with the job done by this company. Some very large branches in my oak tree were dead midway up the tree and they were removed efficiently and without damage to the lower branches or surrounding plants. They did a good cleanup of all the cuttings afterwards. The price was totally reasonable and I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Roots Tree Service is second to none. Daryl is very professional and friendly, and I hire him every year. I have a massive hedge mirroring the jungles of the amazon. Every year he tames my beast and lets me enjoy my yard so much more. He is a smaller business owner who has all the experience and equipment to keep you smiling and free up your time to BBQ. Rates are more than reasonable and he always leaves me smiling when completed. I have even arrived home to my surprise and found the task fully completed along with an excellent cleanup. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! No stars.We called them to do a trimming job on one tree. One grand very old tree over 30 ft high. He came to see us in person and we told him verbally what we wanted; to trim over the driveway and over our roof, but not precise instructions and said we would advise precisely when he came to do the work.He gave us a rough estimate. We agreed with a handshake and he said he would be able to do the job in 2 to 3 weeks from then.2 weeks went by, then 3, then 4.And this whole time I am at home working every day due to the pandemic. He never came by, never called and never put anything in writing, no estimate no contract, nothing.Then suddenly on week 5, we had a death in the family and had to leave abruptly. And all of a sudden he showed up on our property. He did not contact us at all to advise he was available or to confirm we were home or were ready for him to do the work.He butchered our tree in our front yard. He did the exact opposite of what we asked. He destroyed our curb appeal and there is no way to fix it. We only have a trunk from 20 feet to the ground, no branches, no leaves. He cut everything off. No trimming just annihilation. And everything is still hanging over our driveway and our roof. That is all that is left.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Darryl provided great service. I called in a panic 24 hours before an impending storm about a cracked tree and he came out the next morning and removed the tree. Very reasonably priced.
