Best ISP (Internet Service Provider), Home Phone Service (at an extremely cheap price when bundled), I HAVE EVER HAD! And they now have FULL BLOWN CABLE TV (also at an extremely cheap price when bundled), and I've been with Bell and Cogeco in the past, and their bundles and quality of service don't come close to how amazing MNSI truly is, and the best part is, they're locally owned and operated, so you're supporting a Windsor business and not some big nasty corporation that will lock you into contracts that cost hundreds to break.I have had MNSI for nearly 14 years now, when all they offered was DSL Unlimited Internet, when Unlimited Internet Bandwidth was either very hard to find or outrageously expensive. They now offer Fiber Internet with absolutely crazy speeds and unlimited usage/bandwidth, and for a lot less than their competitors and with much better customer service. When you call for help, someone from Windsor is answering your call and you typically don't wait long on the phone, if at all, to speak to someone.Not to mention the 24/7 technical support, who are so.patient.and knowledgeable, they can guide you through the perfect setup for your home. Speaking of technical support, in the 14 years I've been with MNSI, I only had to call them twice, and it wasn't because my Internet Service went down, it was because I had forgotten my login and the other time help setting up a new Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Router. That said, in 14 years, the only times I can remember the Internet Service going down was if my power went out; otherwise I can't say I've really experienced a disconnection from the ISP itself, and if I have, it's only been for 5 minutes - nothing major or that would ruin your day.If you want the best, and you want to support local, then I can't praise MNSI enough! Definitely a must switch if you're even slightly unhappy with your current Internet, Phone, and/or Cable TV provider!

We have been with mnsi for almost 3 years. They have never raised our rates. This morning a tree branch came down and took out our internet line with in a few ours they came out and repaired it. Highly recommend!

Holy jeez, I only have the absolute BEST things to say about all the service and support I have received from MNSI! All the way from Customer Support to the Tech (Rob) who came to install, everyone was incredibly helpful! One more HUGE shoutout to Rob! He showed up early (by a special request from me), was very efficient and helpful, AND he even mounted an extension cord making my space and home far more comfortable. Thank you Customer Support! Thank you Rob! And thank you MNSI for all your wonderful help!

I've been with MNSi for over 25 years. Unfortunately, they aren't in the area I'm moving to. I'm not looking forward to switching my provider.MNSi has always been professional, affordable, and reliable.

I've been a subscriber to MNSI since they first started operating and rarely have I experienced such a flawless, continuously advancing and technically proficient service. Their service representatives are the best in any industry; polite, sincere, technically advanced professionals who won't stop until they completely resolve your issue regardless of how complex the problem. I just had Dean work long hours behind the scene researching and completely solving a remarkably difficult situation (a problem I created) after a brief but reassuring telephone conversation. If high speed flawless Internet access and controllable super secure email performance is important to you no major provider comes close to MNSI. By the way you'll most likely never need to contact their tech support. In over 30 years I only contact them when I upgrade my cell phone.

I've been with Cogeco, Rogers and Shaw, Mnsi's customer support is unmatched. And with the new fibre internet my speeds are very stable. Definitely recommend.

I really love their service and support. Out of all ISPs I deal with every day (I work for a Managed Service Provider) MNSI is the easiest to work with and their support if fast and knowledgeable.
