I had my 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan in for repair this week.I was over charged for a diagnostic fee of $159.95 plus tax.I had the van diagnosed, and since there were two issues, I was charged twice (which I think is ridiculous), and then I was charged a THIRD diagnostic fee.I paid my bill, went to my van, and had a closer look at my bill.I noticed the extra charge and went immediately back in.My service advisor (Elix — unsure of spelling) was not there. So another service advisor (a male, I’m not sure of his name) came out, looked at it and said it’s a mistake and he’d give me my money back.While I was waiting for him to come back with my money, yet another service advisor came out (female, also not sure of her name) and told me I was not over charged and actually got a great deal because they could’ve charged me more.She fast talked me and rushed me out, even when I said I still did not understand why the third diagnostic charge is on my bill.After paying a $2600+ bill, it’s very disappointing to be scammed out of the $180.74 that I was over charged.

Sandra and Jennifer really were amazing to deal with. Got a bunch of work done to my truck. Really helpful.
