So many poutine options and they're all so good but so filling. I sometimes have a hard time finishing it. The butter chicken has to be my favourite.

I usually find it a bit underwhelming if I am being honest. The fries are often cold and the cheese curds plasticky and rarely melt. I still try to hold out hope though... Mostly because my girlfriend is obsessed with poutines.

The service was excellent. That was about it. Had a plain poutine and a pogo. Pogo looked and tasted like it came out of a frozen box. Poutine was dry and barely had any cheese on it. When you open the box it looks like it's full of cheese and gravy but when I put it onto a plate at home there was no cheese in the bottom 2 thirds of the box and barely any more gravy. For the price I expect way better. Portion size was great tho. Had more than enough for 2 people.

The service was ok, don't really expect much in that department. I order my food 15min after opening and of course there was people waiting ahead of me. I I thought that was a good sign but boy was I wrong. I order there cheese burger poutine super sized with extra curds. For 20 dollar the portion was alright size.There were kids waiting for food who were crying and The cook was making rude comment at the couple. Dude you just started working and your already complaining about the people who are paying your salary.Since The minimal wage went up I can't find good service any where. If your miserable working in fast food maybe go work somewhere else.The food is a hit or miss, during this experience the fries were saggy and taste horrible I went home and eventually threw out the food. Wouldn't even let my dog have a bite of this.

Fries were not fresh at all and the corn dog was way to burnt.. Staff was really friendly though, so that's a plus.

8/10 taste - Gravy is perfect and salt to taste if youre like me. Ingredients - fresh and squeaky curds and real fries while not always my preference as they dont melt, come together good for original classic poutine. Fries might get soggy if you order delivery but what do you expect from non preservatives. 9/10 service - upbeat personality in store and order is always right and packed well for delivery or in store quickly. 5/10 menu - while you can get tons of different toppings, they can taste very, very cheap and much out of place for how fresh the poutine is. 6/10 price - you could get way more, tasting as good or better from alternatives for cheaper. Real ingredients but processed toppings? Price needs to adjust to fit. 7.5/10 overall, would be better either cheaper to match the toppings, or fresh toppings and better sizing to match the price. Way better than anything you'd get at chain restaurants but less than local alternatives; can be a nice change of taste if you are bored of Miss Maples and Silver Bullet

BEWARE they charge $4.95 for extra cheese and $4.95 for bacon topping!!Made a $10 poutine over $26 with a drink. Absolutely ridiculous!! Enough to feed ONE PERSON only!Classic poutine was subpar, nothing special, size was below average, especially for the cost!! Not happy at all, I do not recommend these guys unless you want to get ripped off.Can go to NYF and get a poutine nearly double the size with a drink for around $16!

I LOVE Smokes...in London...this one is definitely not comparable. I’ve tried twice now and each time, once in restaurant and once sip the dishes...both brutal. Just received our skip the dishes, and fries were clearly either sitting way too long or refried. I’m not one to post negatively but this is upsetting. On a side note, it’s not a poutine if there’s only a table spoon of cheese curds. If you’ve searched this restaurant on google and read these reviews please just order pizza.
